Yes. We currently offer free U.S. shipping during select promotional periods. Delivery times may vary depending on demand.

Orders are processed within 1–3 business days before shipment.

Estimated U.S. delivery time is 5–10 business days after dispatch.

4. Will I receive tracking information?
Yes. A tracking number will be sent to your email once your order ships.

5. Is the hair 100% human hair?
Yes. All Zeelloir wigs are made from 100% Remy Human Hair.

6. Can I dye or bleach the wig?
Our wigs can be dyed to darker shades. For bleaching or major color changes, professional service is recommended.

7. Can I use heat styling tools?
Yes. You may curl or straighten your wig. We recommend keeping heat below 180°C (356°F).

8. Will the wig shed or tangle?
Minimal shedding is normal for lace wigs. With proper care, tangling is minimal.

9. What is HD Lace?
HD Lace is an ultra-thin, transparent lace that blends seamlessly into the skin, creating a natural-looking hairline.

10. Is the wig beginner-friendly?
Yes. Many of our wigs can be worn glueless and include adjustable straps for a secure fit.

11. What cap size do you offer?
Our wigs come in Average Cap Size (22–22.5 inches) with adjustable straps and combs.

 

🔁 Returns & Support

12. Can I return my wig?
Returns are accepted within 7 days of delivery if the wig is unused and in its original condition.

13. What if I receive a damaged item?
Please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with clear photos. We will resolve the issue promptly.
