We accept returns within 7 days of delivery under the following conditions:
• The wig must be unused
• Lace must be uncut
• The product must be in its original condition and packaging
For hygiene reasons, worn or altered wigs cannot be returned.
🔁 Exchanges
We currently do not offer direct exchanges.
If you need a different style, please return your item (if eligible) and place a new order.
📩 How to Request a Return

2. Include your order number and reason for return
3. Attach clear photos (if applicable)
Return instructions will be provided upon approval.
💳 Refunds
Once the returned item is received and inspected:
• Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method
• Please allow 5–10 business days for processing
Original shipping fees (if applicable) are non-refundable.
🚫 Non-Returnable Items
• Wigs with cut lace
• Wigs that show signs of wear
• Customized or altered products
